Staff are usually very friendly and fairly knowledgeable. However, please update the opening times online to reflect what the sign says on the actual branch. Apparently this branch now opens at 9:30.

Customer feedback- Whenever I visit the branch is always well organised with someone on hand to answer any questions. The staff are really friendly and they remember my name which is lovely, they make me feel so welcome. I think their online banking is easy to navigate, a lovely lady in the branch helped me to set it up. Highly recommend Santander and the Redditch branch.
