Had amazing customer service today from a member of staff called Joe. He really did help me, and didn't rush me. He listened to my problem and spent the time with me to solve my issues. Absolutely amazing service, wish there was more people like this in the world.

Every time we are going to the bank, we feel very welcomed and everyone in the bank is ready to help and spend time for any problem we have, even if is busy! Amazing customer service !
