Probably the best Halifax service in the SW

Incompetent and uninformed personel. They don't follow OWN RULES. I had to go to different branch.

I received great service at this branch. I came in due to fraudelent activity and was cery worried and stressed. Lotoya was a pristine example of what excellent customer service stands for. An absolute asset to the branch.
