Today I opened a bank account. I was served by a girl named Vinni at number 10. very pleasant and polite, since I do not understand English well, she tried in every way to explain to me. Thanks for the good service)🌹

NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH (Complaint on Sherry)

This has by far been the worst experience in a bank I’ve ever had. I showed up at 2:45PM to open an account with one of the associates, I was waiting till 4PM for them to tell me they can’t help me open an account today as I apparently came too close to closing time (4:30PM). However arriving at 2:45 and having to wait an 1+ hours for any service.

Mind you all of my documents have already been processed, so all they simply had to do is approve my information and provide me with my banking details. Which they couldn’t provide me with, with 45 minutes until closing time. This is absolutely ridiculous and would recommend going to any other branch if you want decent service.

re training in customer care. I have been a customer of HSBC for 20 years but will be switching shortly

This is bank with no counters. Just cash machines. I wasted my time going there. I don't know why they don't close if they don't want serve all their customers. I had to go harrow to do what I needed to do. I find the harrow branch much better. If you want anything from the counter don't go there. I only gave 2 stars because the guy I spoke with was decent.
