Slow service. Dated looking building. Needs a complete refresh

Poor service .The workers arent engaging and not customer friendly.Very difficult to work with. There are also two racist workers there. Horrible service should be fired from there apart from the old white lady in glasses she was alright. Iford branch is alot better.

I have to echo the same thoughts as the last reviewer. I was served by an Indian lady and unfortunately I didn't get her name. She made me feel like a criminal when I tried to deposit business money into a business account???
The blond European lady gets a 5 star but the extremely poor service from her colleague pulls the score right down.

Very rude lady... Padmini I think her name was (sorry if I misspelled) it was an Indian women. I now understand the previous review worst costumer service. However (that’s why 2 star or it would be none) the blonde women I usually deal with I don’t know her name she is always smiling and friendly. I think I’ll change bank very soon.
