Very poor services. The receptionists are not very nice and I've been through loads of trouble because they can't even fix a simple problem such as an address. They changed my address without my concern and took them months to fix it back. It's terrible !

Very useless service.... untrained staff. I made an appointment to open an account a month ago at 9.30 am on Monday with JAYA MAWJI 90 minutes appt, arrived 15 minutes early. I was been called at 9.45. After given all the necessary documents she kept doing something on the desktop for hours then she gather all the document and went inside for help. She wasn't aware of the system how to process the new application. She kept coming out and said "we are working on it" for three hours. Left at 12 without open an account or nothing

Extremely slow and incompetent personnel plus a very poor knowledge of their bank services.
They would’n’t upgrade my account from basic to advanced because the utility bill that I provided had both Mr and Mrs followed by name, stating that “we need proof that you live there”.

If you seek any advice, avoid the place!

I entered this branch twice and had the pleasure of being served by the same lady Nita Patel. The pleasant smile, the calmness and the pleasure of helping me, made me leave this feedback. Happy New Year Nita Patel.

One of the WORST staff. I think HSBC really need to up their game otherwise people will start switching their accounts. Their wembley high road branch is full of useless staff as well.

Rude and helpless staff,they don’t know how to proper solve an issue.Massive waiting time as well.Rubbish bank!!

One of the worst branch I ever been visited in last 20 years. they operating like in 70s. Staff require rebabs.

It is closed no notice of when or why..and haven't informed Google...showing it is still open..
