I have been hung up on twice!! All I want is to be able to talk to a member of staff in the Henley on Thames branch. One operator had never heard of Oxfordshire and the first just kept repeating everything I said and then hung up- neither spoke or undertsood english as far as I could tell and they both hung up on me! - I am now looking to cancel my mortgage!

Appalling! Just one central number you can't get through to.. at all!!! IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment at a local branch!! Unhelpful staff at the end of the central phone number...NO customer service at all.... Left high and dry following a bereavement!!!!

Two years in to the pandemic and this branch is still using it as an excuse to reduce operating hours. Closed on a Wed and Sat, terrible service for the only local branch within miles of Henley.
