NatWest

Classic style bank building. Sometimes long queues to do a simple transaction.

The outside of this bank is filthy, covered in urine stains and vomit also, the cash point machines are always dirty and never cleaned. I have complained on numerous occasions and receive the same response of “I will ask the cleaner to clean the it”. However, this never happens. Enough is enough so deep clean the outside and have a daily schedule in place to clean your ATM’s as Nat West is treating its customers with contempt!

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Almost every time I've walked in there I have been greeted and asked if I needed any assistance with anything. Needless to say I will continue to use Natwest :)

The gentlemen from the front ( staff) was rude and although there was a long queue , no one came to help. There were only two staff. I had better expectations

Generally I get a good service at Natwest but today a member of staff made us look stupid. This male staff always looks miserable as it is so ideally he needs retraining or not working front line customer service.
