I’m very with this bank. I went in the other day to ask for some help with some debit orders going through that I had no idea why. And this lady Daniella helped me with any question I had I left there with a laugh with her and it felt good to go ask for some help and people are happy to help you!❤️

The standards have dropped. They overpromise and underdeliver. Things were fine at the beginning of the summer but things have not been the same. Some of the staff are fine, but others seem to have difficulty communicating in the English language. This is most frustrating when people need coherent advice. It used to be so easy to get access to good help. People are facing too much and these past few months have had bad financial implications for many. Things need to be improved upon significantly.
