Halifax

Customer service is very poor, unhelpfull & rude staff will talk to customers about their private lives but are uninterested in customers banking problems.
Will be taking my custom elsewhere.

year and a half ago cashier's was taken a way. now u have someone with a ipad what have the same options you have with the app. It's a shame used to be a good bank

I received an email and went to query it. The staff member didn't really know the answer and suggested that I phone the bank. That was a waste of 2 hours on the phone!!

Such poor customer service and a branch that has limited facilities. I stood waiting for a customer representative for a hour to get money out and they advised they can’t do that at this branch. Pointless and infuriating.

1 star is to much i wanted to transfer money from my halifax to natwest the app woudnt let me so i rang up helpline they put the phone down 3 times on me so i went to my local branch the first person i saw was miserable and didnt want to help said i needed more id so i went and got it then she didnt want to help tgen the 2nd person did help me i transfered the money and closed my account when i said to the first person i want to close the account they replies you can do what you want close it if you like so i did soni wont have to deal with halifax again or go to my sidcup branch i dont know why the people working in these banks are so mserable

Closes to early ,if you need to go inside for any assistance, the branch might as well close for good. pointless being open at all

Friendly staff but just wish it was open a bit later than 3pm or at least a Saturday morning!
