Went with my son to open an account for him. They told me an appointment is available after 3 weeks! Can’t understand why such long wait is necessary just to open a simple account. Felt pretty unwelcoming.

Worst bank ever!! Horrible customer service!! Avoid this bank ! Move you’re money somewhere else!! They have no idea how to treat the customers! I’ve been there today morning and my money stuck in the machine.. call the manager and he turn her back on me saying go home , or be my guest to wait till I’m opening the machine ( today or Monday) 😏 . Stupid manager , stupid stuff!

They shut down my green lane branch ..so have to get to heathway ..not ideal if you are disabled and on aids ..4 times on a Sunday I've been here and not been able to withdraw or deposit money ..its seriously getting a joke ...maybe a bank change I think ..
