Who came up with the queuing system? 30-45 minute wait for non cash and cheque related enquiries. Why are there not more staff available at busy times?

Given four stars for customer friendliness on my experience here when applying for a mortgage in principle. Spent time getting to know the team and working out what I was able to get which was great, but had to remove a star as their offer seemed to drop despite saving more money.. So sadly had to start again elsewhere to get what I needed...

Overall great team and advisors but goal posts can change very often.

The layout of the building and the relaxed atmosphere is nice to walk into and music in background . All staff I have seen so far have been very helpful , welcoming and friendly.

This Bank is a disgrace.Their handling of winding up an estate with money invested in Nat West is shocking. 7 months after the deceased died Nat West still direct correspondence to the deceased advising what is happening to finalise her own estate. How incompetent and insensitive can you get. Be warned.

Dealt with a lady called Karen and she was extremely helpful, all issues were sorted quickly. 👍🏼
