your site has the old phone number for Worcester branch. It just took me
endless efforts to get through to a naitonal number which went via a Glasgow call centre. I am not a customer but have soon to pay in two large cheques for family members who bank with you and need to know if you will need ID as I'm not a customer. Lloyds (my bank) said large cheques can cause issues. thanks to your guy Ross in Glasgow for giving me the info I needed, as a disabled person getting into the city is hard enough without fretting about what ID stuff I will be asked to bring in as well. Please update your site.

Misguiding staff, was told over the phone I would need certain documents to open a joint account for me and my wife, upon attending appointment at branch to open account, was told these specific documents wouldnt be enough and would have to rearrange and appointment and bring more documents, took exact same documents next door to HSBC and they booked me an appointment the following day and opened me and my wife a joint current account.

Had a great experience today, Kenny and James were fantastic at helping me sort my account and very patient with the whole process. I was very impressed with their service and dedication to helping me fix the problem.

Booked an appointment here to deal with a simple matter. The staff were excellent - when our appointment was briefly delayed they apologised profusely and suggested we come back in 10 minutes, which we did. The lady who dealt with us when we returned was a credit to her profession - friendly, efficient, and seemed to take genuine pleasure in doing a good job. Dealing with this branch was a delight. Thanks guys!
