Really very friendly staff in here.
I've always got served relatively straight away. More than enough staff
To deal with customer levels.

For once a bank that I don't mind going into!

Always immaculate too.

I went into the Halifax branch on Shenley road yesterday. When I asked to withdraw cash I was told I could not as they had an IT issue. I asked for a note stating this issue for my personal reference. At this point the attendant started getting very rude saying she wouldn't do it and didn't see why she should. I asked to speak to the branch manager, Aruna Shah who was equally rude and unhelpful. When I told her I would complain about her she said she would complain about me and when I told her I would change banks she smiled and told me to do so. I see why her staff have such a lack of customer service skills, profesionalism and manners as she sets the example in such a bad way. This branch is a disgrace to Halifax's reputation. I will take this complaint much further internally as I don't think anybody deserves to be served by a horrible person like Aruna Shah and her staff need to be trained by a better manager.

It's not the first time this staff member 'person of colour' is rude abusive and arrogant. Has no comprehension of customer relations and is speaks to customers like dirt. Avoid this Branch for peace of mind.

Poor Customer service advice from some members of staff that have been there for a number of years.

Ridiculous that a bank is not open on a weekend. Most people work during the week and can only get to a bank on a weekend.

Totally useless business now, take your money elsewhere, you get a far better service in my experience.
