Awful experience recently in the bank, the final insult so I closed all my bank accounts on the spot and took my money elsewhere.
I think the staff behind the counter need to remeber,we are the customers, we own the money in our accounts not you.
Also you may be more liked if you dropped the snotty attitudes.
You work in a bank dealing with others money,if no customers no need for customer assistants.
Thankfully never have to deal with these people again.
Everything is fine and goes smooth if all you want is to make a transaction at the main window. However if you have a question you are put in a queue near the banks entry door where one employee works to solve problems.
I was in that queue for approx 15 minutes. When at the front of the queue my questions about where a deposit came from was met with a confused look and a short answer on how they couldn’t help. When I told them I was disabled (as noted on my account) and that I needed further explanation or advice on how to proceed further with my query, I was denied any escalation process or any other employee to help explain.
I haven’t yet, but I will be changing banks soon. The customer service at this branch has been slowly tanking for years.
