The staff are really friendly but I think they close way too early! All services take ages considering how small the whole bank is, but otherwise you can sort any problem if you patient!

Always a long queue and slow service.. even if all staff are working this has to be the slowest bank I've ever encountered.. machines installed would be much help instead of disposing of them

Please update your busy times guideline. As just went there as showed as quietist time this morning and still quite when I checked before I left (I have mobility issues so can’t walk or stand too long), and the queue was out the door. Had to leave as wouldn’t be able to stand for that amount of time with only 2 windows open. Get more staff and get a paying in machine.

This site should be close honestly,Horrible service,i went there to ask for coin bags and a worker didn't even look at my face and told me to go to the end of the queue where were already 15 people waiting because they just had two tills working like allways,i know that i have to queue when i go to the bank but all i needed was coin bags,not going back there ever again and thinking to close my account because is not the first time that i go to Barclays and the staff doesn't have a clue of what costumer serviçe is...

The waiting time is longer. Sometime I get parking fine as their waiting time exceed my parking time. Need improvement with the staffs.

The cashier who we dealt with was extremely rude, no manners (didn’t say hi, and whilst counting the money she was shaking her head a in a disapproving way and was asking confidential questions in front of other customers. Needless to say, she didn’t ask if we wanted anything else and of course no thank you or bye).

I v visited this bank few times and noticed that it’s much better then ilford branch . I v been dealt really quick and staff was really professional and polite. Only it’s bit slower at the moment but otherwise it’s ten out of ten service.
