Severely under staffed. Always more than a 30 minute wait with no clear indication or advisor to even guide people to the correct line to wait in for particular services. Have waited for 30 minutes in one line only to be told at the desk I had to join the back of another line.

I had an appointment and was 5 minutes late - the staff member didnt have an appointment after me and tried to cancel on me. This appointment had been booked weeks in advance to ensure my husband and I could attend on a Saturday. We stood our ground and refused to budge. It became clear that there was no appointment after ours. Once, we got over this stumbling block, the information we received was veery good and we completed what we'd come in to do. Someone needs to teach branch staff some proper Customer Service skills tho.

Went here at 11am on Saturday and only one person on Help Desk - actually she was not at Help Desk because she spent most of her time wandering off presumably to find a staff member who did know the answer to people's queries. She spent 15 minutes [before I gave up and left] speaking to one customer and with a further 4 in front of me I could not bear the thought of perhaps queuing for an hour. It is obvious that Saturday would be busy as it is the only day that most working people can get into their branch. Would not have given any stars if possible as absolutely no service.

Absolutely amazing customer service..the staff member (F) that dealt with my inquiry was very patient and helpful even stayed a bit over the closing time to help me solve my problem. Thank you!!⭐

Trying to contact to you through the phone from Spain but we are not reaching. Not an option doing it by online banking as the telephone number you have of ours is an old and wrong one and we cant change it unless we talk to you. How coud we talk to you? We are desperate already.

"what is it you need to do" is how myself and my wife were greeted in Halifax Kilburn this morning. Why the attitude?
We've been banking with Halifax a long time and to be spoken to like that. Totally unprofessional. So much unnecessary attitude.

Visited the Kilburn branch to open savings accounts for both my children and was seen by Matt, he was very polite and helpful and made the process very easy.

Always understaffed / not enough desk capacity with long waits. Use another branch if you can!
