Very friendly helpful staff but really don't agree with the ladies on the desks being forced to stand up all day. Not good for circulation or their backs. Other than that it's a very good bank. I've been with them over 40 years

Lovely staff in cannock branch xx however natwest needs to offer more facilities outside of hours such as outdoor cheque paying in kiosk or need to catch up with other banks to allow paying in cheques with online banking.

Long wait to be seen by staff. Staff member was very helpful
