Always receive good service at this branch. The change conversion ATM is really useful.

Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Every time I come here there is a long queue and only ever one staff serving. Often see another cashier hovering behind the counter who pretends to be doing something else and refusing to help. Poor service 👎🏻😡

A bank that has no cashiers to accept cash. What is the world coming too? Don't use Covid as an excuse as other organisations still handle cash with care. Machines are not set up for a large number of notes! Customer service is obviously no longer important!

Just realised that Gravesend NatWest is no longer open on Saturdays - really unhelpful when you need to pay a cheque in and some of us work Monday to Friday. Just because there's a pandemic going on, they seem to forget that some people still have to work as normal!

Terrible service all they want you do is banking by machine. If you want to ask a question you have to queue for about 30 mins. Never thought it would come to this !!

They are clowns, starts 9.30 and finish 4.30, other normal people still working until 5pm

Never any problem with them sinds day one in 2009, could be a bit more flexible on overdraft when a good income but further than that all good and verry helpfull.
