Barclays Bank

Long queue. There are people standing for different things and not for the cash. Staff should ask what's the purpose of the visit and guide them from the queue. Been visiting there for like 2 weeks but the mess they have created, especially in covid. I can't bear and just move away trying to get lesser people next time.

Worst branch of Barclays I have ever been too! Long queues at the branch, no effective management. One would think the cashpoint machine outside the branch wouls be continuously maintained and working however in the last 2 weeks the machine has been OUT OF ORDER, OR NOT ABLE TO DEPOSIT CASH. Travelling from pretty far to use this branch but as a Barclays customer worst of the worst.

If there was option for 0 star I would give that to this particular branch.
Waiting times very long, Customer service very poor,
Counter closing early only can use machines after 2.00pm . I think staff should go home at 02.00pm as only machines can be used after 02.00pm.

Five star service lovely staff. hands up to avisha she is amazing

This bank required improvements. Very irresponsible staff members old school ladies. Customer service is such a horrible in this branch. They doesn’t know what they doing. They told me to wait in the que for nearly 30 minutes and said at the end sorry we apologize my colleague misunderstood what service you required, they don’t value customer time. I am having a business account with Barclays. But I never ever go back to this branch.

Very bad service and i have visited the branch 3 times, still i am unable to get the correct information of what i need. Branch says do it via online APP and online chat colleagues says go to brach. Tired of this loping to get a small information about the account and about to close my account completely.

Always short of staff and very bureaucratic. Last visit took nearly two hours.
It says everything that I was provided with a chair because I kept moving from foot to foot to keep my circulation going and stop my legs aching.
