Very disappointed that you can’t put £100 notes in you bank account at your bank. Nearest one 12 miles away. Not very practical or eco friendly really is it ?

Needs 2 cash meshines outside its silly just having one as one is always out of service or can't pay money in

Was using the ATM on the wall outside the branch. The machine swallowed my card and the staff were very dismissive because I wasn’t a customer of the bank. Kept trying to send my to other machines that were also out of order. No real apology offered for the inconvenience and refused to take any blame even when the machine was out of service a few minutes later.
