Barclays Bank

We were told to leave and not allowed to wait by Polly, as it was "too busy" - 4 people already in the queue. Shame, the bank did not seem busy with lots of chairs. Not flexible at all. Customer care at its finest...

I never leave reviews but I thought the service I had today was brilliant!! A lady called Pippa served me and I just thought she was amazing at her job! Made me feel comfortable and was very friendly, everything I needed to know was explained in detail!!

Great experience in branch today. Absolutely 5 start customer service from Magda. All other staff I interacted with where also very friendly.

new location looks very nice but has reduced in size a lot. Only one kiosk where you can pay cheques etc from work in which is ok if no-one else is in the queue but you can be there some time waiting. Lots of smiling staff walking around asking if you are ok but don't actually seem to do anything.

Horrendous. Waited over an hour to see someone, only 1 other person ahead of me. Severe lack of staff. This is why I use online banking, this is a joke

I'm disgusted in Barclays Bank to find out there one of the biggest investors In fossil fuel when everybody knows what's happening English country and around the world and we need investment in better energy I will definitely be telling family and friends to look at banking elsewhere air and take the money out of Barclays Bank and also to find out that all the Taxes people paying are actually going into Barclays Bank so making the bank a lot more richer which in time allowed them to invest more money in fossil fuels 🔥
