I love banking with Barclays but the staff on this branch are so rude and unhelpful. They have a cash paying in service but a girl just stormed up to me and demanded “don’t use that you’ll break it” and then refused to accept the change at the counter. Not even a hello or can I help? The staff have no privacy, I overheard them talking rudely about a customer and then went on to discuss how much they are getting paid, which by the sounds of it is far too much for the amount of work they do. despite this being my (very) local branch, I have found a welcoming branch in chertsey and would rather travel there than ever visit this branch again. They have zero customer service on the shop floor.

Since closure of my local branch I have to go to one of the branches further away. The staff at Walton are awful. Slow, rude, unhelpful. The machines work okay but a total replacement of all the staff with polite helpful people would be good. That includes the Manager who is useless.

customer Sevice though out the week has been outstanding . Anetta this week has gone above and beyond to help me .
Has called me with all up dates through out the week , I have walked in twice this week without an appointment and I have been seen .
Anneta is real friendly understanding and kind nothing has been to much trouble for her .

We had got warm greetings from all the staff and we had received great customer service, especially from Joseph who is exceptionally professional, patient, approachable and helpful! We went to the bank late in the afternoon and the moment we left the bank, it was 10 past 4. The normal closing time is 3.30 pm. However, Joseph patiently went above and beyond to help us solve the issue from the start to the end. Thank you, Joe, for the great support we’ve received!

My branch in Cobham hasnt a counter so have to travel to Walton. Staff are helpful. Only one counter so often waiting a long time. Staff ask people in the queue if they can help. Opening another counter would help!! Stupid system 😒

Been queuing now for half hour just to get change. Lots of customers arguing with staff, it’s the worst and most unorganised bank I’ve ever been to

I would like to say my big THANK YOU to Joseph Odongo. I was very worried and sought help at the bank branch. There he greeted me with a smile and understanding. Joseph solved my problem with professional ease and extreme courtesy. I believe in its competence and the protection I receive from the bank and its employees.

PONY! Just went to draw a lump today, raining, queue out the door.
Maybe it wouldn't have been too bad if they hadn't just closed my Weybridge branch?
Just wasted my lunch break and still didn't get the cash.
