I recently went to the Branh to get help with urgent Bank statements, The Customer Service officer promptly understood my needs, printed the necessary information and similarly organised the usual statements to be sent to my home. Although a 15 mins mtg, I was left very impressed with this very profesional service, from beginnning to end. Well done for this excellent work and do keep this great service up!

I have used HSBC for about 20 years now, in fact I own several board lots of shares and have done since I worked in Hong Kong in the 90s. From the last days of it being Midland bank, just before being bought out.

Whilst not the closest bank to me, far from it, I haven't really had any negative experiences with HSBC or this branch so I foresee my continued use.

Polite and professional, always willing to lend a hand with the most obscure of queries- would recommend their team anytime.

24/7 free ATM and on street car parking.

Too many security codes on online apps. They are closing all their local branches so share holders make more money and we have no local bank.
Staff in the bank very pleasant but trying to speak to a human being at hsbc and online for help is not easy.

After closing their counter services, I went in to pay money into my account and was told (by a very friendly member of staff) that their machine was out of order and that I had to go to the local post office (reknown for it's 3 building long queue) or westbury-on-trym, just to make a deposit into my account. Very Poor service when I'm in the branch talking to a member of staff. How has everything gotten worse over the years?

HSBC have now closed the counter service at this branch, very disappointing. The staff advise that Cabot Circus is available, which is impractical for most as it is in the pedestrian only shopping mall in the very centre of the city. HSBC not taking customer service very seriously.

Very unhelpful, borderline rude when I enquired when the manager would be in ‘maybe Wednesday but I dunno’. Obviously don’t value me as a customer
