This place is a nightmare, its old inside and desperately needs a refurbishment, i can put up with that but whats worse is the staff, they are so nosie !! i can not bare it, so much so that i have moved to natwest down the road, the staff are so pleasant and do not ask me stupid personal questions such as why i am depositing/withdrawing cash, they just cant do a simple task such as pay in without me having to tell them the ins and outs of my life and why im putting money in my account for certain payments, i do a lot of banking for my business at different banks and i do not get the same questions as i do from this place.
You need more men in there the ladies get far to personal for my liking
