Have only been banking with them for 6 years, have had only good service from the staff. Really helpful.

going to change banks cant get money out of 1 account the card wont work i have made loads of phone calls each 1 lasting nearly an hour to get through and still nothing its disgusting

Very poor service especially when answering the phone. Thank goodness that my main accounts are held at Nationwide.

We met with Sohail today for our first meeting about a mortgage. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and more! He was very friendly and we would recommend meeting him if you want help and advice.

Awful. 12 people waiting to be served, 2 member of staff left on her own struggling. Stood second in line for 20 mins and didn’t see the line move or another staff member even appear.

Andrew is the most awful disgusting person at this branch!
