Great customer service, but they are VERY slow! Always a queue and only two desks. Not good service for those having to wait ages to be served.

Shocking service. They disabled my account without telling me, on a bank holiday weekend. The ONLY way to re-instate it was to go into a branch. Except they dont open on sundays or bank holidays. I was left completely out to dry with zero options.

Gave us an appointment time and the bank was closed at that time,and we asked "isn't it closed at that time" and they said no, even tho it said so on google as well. How does that make any sense. Made me walk all the way for nothing .

Closed yesterday at 11am and asked to return at 1pm. Then closed again today! Online hours never updated. Ridiculous service!

Went into the isleworth branch to deposit some money I had been saving for ivf treatment. The lady who served me was so lovely and spoke to me about my treatment. The next day I received a bouquet of roses wishing me luck with my treatment, from the staff at Natwest Isleworth. Honestly the kindness thing anyone has ever done for me and put a smile on my face during such a difficult time. Thank you all!

Inoperable opening times for a 9-5 worker

I went into Isleworth branch today anxious, uptight with fog brain etc as I lost my Natwest bank card and my passport and I couldn't get into my bank account on line as I didn't know my customer number!!! 🤯🥺 in the branch the music was very calming nd the lady at the till was lovely too! I also saw the lovely manager who also sorted me out!!! God is so good! 🤗🤗🥰

Absolutely disgusting customer service, slow, ignorant with no sense of urgency.
