Disgusting branch should be closed down. You have alcoholics walking in there from the pub and bookies stinking out the place.

Today I went there to open my daughters account and was served by Emma who at 1st 'tried' to come across sarcastic when I answered a question. So I purposely spoke about the decorum of her lack of professionalism as they have those ridiculously loud speakers so I knew she would change her tune as I'm not the 1 to be spoken down to when you work in a run down under paid work place. If people do not like their job. Get new qualifications and find one where you can meet and greet customers accordingly.

The lady beside Emma with the white hair speaks sooooo loud into the speaker that my mum who was sitting across from us could hear EVERY SINGLE PERSONAL DETAIL of the person she was serving. She too was also rude towards the customer!

IF U VALUE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS DO NOT USE THIS BANK AS ANYONE CAN HEAR YOUR CONVERSATION WITH THE BANKER WHO IS LOUDLY REPEATING YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS!! !

I ENDED UP GOING TO A MORE CLEANER, PROFESSIONAL BRANCH THAT TAKES YOU AWAY FROM PREEING EARS!

Definitely will make making a full complaint to the bank directly and I think all the other negative feedback customers should follow. Get this branch closed and expand Eastham.

One of the worst Natwest branches ever. Massively understaffed and they take way too long to do the most simplest thing. There is no privacy at all. Everyone can hear everything you say. Like other people have mentioned if you don't work and have all day to que then this is the branch for you.

Absolutely horrendous! No staff, no self use machines. Only ever 1 cashier as I’m told. 2hour minimum wait. such a convenient location yet so so disappointing to go there. Free up most of your day if you choose to go here. Useless!

I’m not happy with the service. Came to open account for Ukrainian refugee, provided all the necessary documents, but branch assistant seemed to have no idea how to process an application. We were promised to receive bank account details and a card within 10 working days. Needless to say, that we received nothing after more than a month and account is not opened yet. When we returned to the branch they couldn’t do anything without reference number which we didn’t have. Useless waste of time. I do not recommend this branch

The branch is useless, they can’t do basic transactions such us exchanging foreign currency

Bank closed for no reason. When u call natwest to ask why this branch is closed the answer was ‘I don’t know’.

Don't work in customer service, if you have 0 customer service skills!
I came to withdraw money from my business account because I had lost my bank card. The women said she can not see my account, I was confused!
Also made to feel like I was committing fraud because I'm asking to withdraw my own money.
The lady that dealt with me had no manners, looked like she didn't want to be there and almost like she had no intention of trying to help.
Wasn't even polite enough to return my thank you goodbye. Absolutely rude! Just close the branch at this point, small and useless and rubbish staff!

On the website it says brunch is open, in fact it is 9:45 in the morning and brunch is closed 🙁
