Just tried to make an appointment at this branch that's all!. You have to use Santander's national telephone number. Press 1 for this 2 for that etc, ID details and so on after being being put on hold. 15 minutes so far. Only to be told that no one at this branch is answering. 'Please try later'. Not good business management. I wonder how many times I must try before I can get an answer? Watch this space...

Not fit for purpose, close it down as it may as well be now anyway. Useless for local business, obviously covid related huge queues and social distancing/limited amount in branch etc. So a huge line forms on the pavement in a bid to be served, but why is there often just one member of staff on, usually the miserable 40 something woman with glasses who never smiles. They reduced their hours to 10-3.30 recently with this in mind I drove over to bank some cheques today getting there early just in case at 3ish, to find they have changed their hours again, to 10-2 and closed on Saturdays now..I thought I could use the machine outside to bank the cheques maybe, but of course it was out of order, useless.

Mega long queue with one member of staff behind the counter. Why are you still working reduced hours ?? 10am to 2pm is not good enough.
