TSB Bank

You have a lot of people coming over and only one cashier which works a very slow

Normally I would give4/5, but, recently they have really disappointed me on a number of issues. No help with anything through this Pandemic financially.... internet banking has been down 85% of the time in the last year. I've even just realised I've had hundreds stifled out of my account and I can't even call anyone or go in the bank to raise this issue! Normally the staff there are extremely helpful but something is amiss atm.

Always received good service here when I banked with TSB

Small branch but always a couple of helpful and friendly staff on, happy to transfer money, deposit, withdraw etc and quick service too. the classic plus account is good for interest as well so that's an added perk of being with TSB!

I was helping a gentleman with mental issues ,
who banks at Nelson branch . I found the staff at bank very unhelpful and couldn’t spare time for person who is need of help . To make matter worse a gentleman called Sikander hangs up on me while I was trying to explain the issue with their account holder. Disappointed as I’m also an account holder and I’ll be closing my account very soon . Rating minus * * * .

Although I don't bank here I've gotten lost somehow a few times. They aren't a service that guides people but they've kindly pointed me in the right direction wayyyyyy too many times.

Good bank but in Nelson branch there’s 1 Asian guy work there he’s very rude and this kind of service we not accepting it so I stoped goin Nelson branch now 👎

OPENED THERE IS ONLY 1 PERSON
ON THE CASHIER TILL
BEFORE AND AFTER
LUNCH

Unfortunately on the few times I need to contact the branch the phone remains unanswered and it goes to an answerphone that tells me to go onto chat and then hangs up.
