HSBC

I deposited a large sum of money on Monday night in the cash counting machine. During the transaction the machine broke down. I was issued with a receipt but the money has not been credited to my account. It is now 3 days later. I called HSBC three times but no resolve.

Anyone like to tell me where my £500 might be??!!

Surely the branch could have called me.

I live in Bedford and visited this bank to sort out a transfer, on the 8th April 2016, I am deaf but the lady that served me was so hepful and kind shes a credit to the bank. Thank you Prudence Williams.

The staff at the Gosport Branch are always helpful and friendly.

Its still a bank. Albiet with very little facilities.
