The address on the website is out of date and although Santander were notiified 6 weeks ago, the address remains incorrectly listed. The bank's current address appears to be 38 The Parade Oadby.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Very patient even with the elderly. Services provided are at a good level. Would recommend this branch for taking care of your banking.

Courtesy is in high level at this location. I just walked in to book an appointment for a current account and the banker was really helpful and informative.

Poor bank and very hit & miss customer service!

My father came from Coalville to deposit cash and check his account as he believes something was wrong. The service was disgusting. Appalling he is of pension age and can stand for very long. He was asked on a number of occasions what he wanted to do. Then was told to deposit his cash in the cash machine which was fine. But when he wanted to talk to someone about his account he was asked to leave. Absolute appalling service I will be making a formal complaint!!!

There is no close sign..stood there for 15min.Due to sun glare couldn't see inside..
ATM ..can't do deposit..really frustrating
