Santander

Used to get coffee from here but they switched to decaf so I moved to Lloyds.

Customer service good but Lloyds make a better coffee. Try with extra milk

Doesn’t open when it says it’s going to open. Annoying

We changed over to Santander years ago, and have never regretted it for one moment. They are always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, and it never takes long to get served, unlike our previous bank in the Blue Boar Row.

No issues with them at all. Always friendly and have helped with every aspect of banking needed. Never a big queue, always willing to help.

I am sure the staff are fantastic however the only branch in a city open from 930-3pm is not useful to the average person working a 9-5.

Good service all around.
No complaints at all.
