Usual slow service due to lack of staff.

After much tribulation over a payment being cancelled for 'security reasons' and trouble with my phone app the young bank manager helped me resolve everything and get my payments sorted.
Very disappointed with the phone service, but very happy with the in-branch resolve.

I am from Poland and I am a priori for my English. I know a person who took a loan from your bank (I think) for 17,000 pounds and left for Poland without paying back the loan. it was in 2018. Can you submit a person who already lives in Poland and has an unpaid loan in England?
