Very poor service- staff directed me to the cashpoint outside, which was out of order. Then I was told I'd need to call FD customer service just to be granted authorisation to take out £20 and have it exchanged for 20 pound coins. Staff were dismissive and lacking in empathy.

Customer service is very good; some are helpful and efficient more then others. Keeping the distance rule has to be visible as some people do not bother.
