TSB Bank

Very nice staff, but very poor service if you need to contact them by phone. If you are able to go in then this is a great branch. If you are housebound then I would look elsewhere.

Today I visited the bank, and was helped by a lovely employee of the bank. I would just like to thank him for helping me today.

Could not belive it. I ask for some £1 coins and was told we do not have any. WHAT bank with no pound coins.

Completely closed down no notification or signs on the door just nothing 🤷‍♂️

Went up there a week later only to find it open but self serve only better than nothing but poor

Second week running closed this time with website saying open. Wasted journey

My elderly mum couldn’t even ring the branch you have to go on line for a chat not what an 85 year old wants to do

Only open 9am to 2pm, not open at weekends, do they realise some people work for a living and can't get there at these times.
