Verry friendly staff always ready to help you and fast service

What on earth have they done to one of the last proper banks in Burgess hill?, when l need to go to a bank l want a private space at a teller to discuss my business not some sort of pseudo open lounge type space where every one else knows your business.

Occasionally 2 tellers are operating. When the queue builds up, 1 of them closes their till and works the back of the queue to get customers to use the self service machines, with their help. Have waited for over half an hour to complete a simple transaction. No Black Horse, more pantomime horse.

Alice was friendly, polite and professional. She made the account setting up process very pain free and I left the branch a happy customer.

Today I went into Lloyds in Burgess Hill and was struggling a bit with a panic attack so sat down, a very kind man called Daniel allowed me to stay seated and kept my place in the queue until I could go up to the counter. Thank you very much Daniel your kindness was much appreciated.

Why is Lloyds not opening on a Saturday?

The Bank was open on Saturday now it is closed again 12th February 2022?

Excellent customer service.

Come to open a bank for a gud friend. Terrible customer service.
