Single handedly the worst bank that I have ever dealt with. If you want to invest your money only to receive dozens of emails after telling you that they’re going to close your account down unless you go to the bank and show them documents confirming your identity only to arrive at the bank for them and queue for an hour and a half whilst the staff are ‘out for lunch’ watching cricket. Disgrace of a bank. If anyone wants proof of the harassment that I have received from the bank let me know and I will happily show you. The 5 star reviews left here are from family members of employees at the bank. Don’t trust those reviews.
