Staff are slow and there is no privacy

Absolutely poor (poor is very good word) service. So stressful using their service. No one knows what they doing. This is the most incompetent ridiculous bank I have ever come across. For a business account they are a nightmare. Their customer service is embarrassing. AVOID AVOID AVOID. STAY AWAY ! Absolutely shocking! Awful bank! Don't waste your time!

Is the reduced opening times so that it causes more congestion and everyone has to go simultaneously to the bank? This is not very helpful during the COVID pandemic.

Waited in a long queue only to be told Barclays no longer hold Euro cash in any of its branches!! In any case.

Spoke to a gentleman over the phone. Was very nice, answered all my questions and stayed on the line whilst we resolved an IT issue I had.

Open for 18 hours a week- shameful!
Any job vacancies for the position of cashier? Sounds fairly undemanding 💁‍♂️

1 person sitting at the cashier is a man who is very impolite to give my money in, not beg them, 1 star is the highest for me
