I visit this branch monthly to deposit our Church banking. Always swift and efficient service from very pleasant staff. So very sad that it’s closing in July. I am not prepared to go to Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks no longer accepts cash (yes, you read it correctly, a non cash bank!!) so I’m urging our Treasurer to change banks.

Minimum opening times. Although they seem to employ a guy to stand by the door turning people away well after they're shut. Cashpoint not working either.

Inconsistent instructions form the manager on many occasions. She deserves to be retrained and perhaps replaced.
