Barclays Bank

The service was very fast and friendly. Mr Norman gave me good advice and explained everything about the process to me and Mina was very friendly and reassuring. I feel much better after my visit to this bank.

Barclays is an absolute joke! Requested a paper statement 3 times since 7th of September via their app. Repeatedly told they have sent it, only to confirm later that they haven't. Over on emonth for a paper statement and it still hasn't arrived. How can you trust a bank like this with your money? Barclays I hope you are reading this, get your house in order!

The line for the counter goes outside the bank but yet there is only one person at the counter and till and theres 5 staff outside trying to convince people to use the machine instead. Ridiculous if you ask me.

No matter when you arrive, expect queues either out the door or inside to the door with 1 or 2 cashiers working. The service is not great and its impossible to physically speak to someone unless you wait an hour in the queue. I genuinely don't understand why this branch exists. I changed my bank account just to avoid using this place.

Very happy with my service! The adviser Ruhel Ahmed I had was the most loveliest person ever and dealt with my queries efficiently and made me feel very looked after :)

All queries dealt with and left with a smile on my face.

Wish there was more customer service assistants that delivered such excellent service like he did.

Messiest branch I’ve ever seen, they have a policy of closing cashier at 15:00 al thought he bank is open until 16:30. There’s no mention of this online. Waste of time, made me consider stop banking with Barclays

I haven been coming to this branch for 3days to withdraw my money from my account.also waiting 2-3 hours daily.there is only one counter open everyday.All of customers are waiting for an hour to see one of staff.

Dalston Branch was abysmal. Phoned to find if counter service was available, was told it was. On arrival no counter service. Wasted journey. Had to ask where to go, the information wasn't forthcoming, told 2 other branches where I had no idea I was going, asked if they could phone as I did not want another wasted journey to be "eventually" told only 1 of the 2 options was operating. Had I not asked, it would have been another waste of time. Staff were totally disinterested and really couldn't be bothered to help unless pushed. More interested in sorting people on ATM's. About as much help as a chocolate fireguard. Use a different branch.
