Worst bank service I ever had.
I still don't have a credit card after Months insisting, and they claiming it has ben sent...
I locked the account after 3 unsuccessful attempts, it has been 2 weeks, from my request to unlock, and I keep Not having access to my account...
Support seems Not to exist on any issue.
Do NOT recommend ICICI services at ALL!!!

Worst banking service in my life. The customer service always telling lie to the customer. They don't know how to resolve customer issues. They always saying they forward your issue to respective departments but you don't expect solution.
In my case they create issue with my funds. I don't know what they do with customers funds. ICICI bank is not good for helth.
Think before use.

Pathetic customer service. I have used icici in both UK and India. And I am surprised by the incompetence from the UK team. For the simplest thing these folks take days and give stupid response. I wonder how are they even surviving in such competition. I will close all my accounts ASAP.

Been trying to get my address updated. The customer care team seems to be out of sync with the requirements of the request. Filled the form in consultation with the customer care executive on call and confirmed multiple times with him if the details that he is asking me to fill up are sufficient or not. Submitted the form only to get a revert that some more details are required. After that, have been chasing the customer care team only to get a response that they are escalating to the concerned team which they told is the Harrow branch team. And the Harrow branch team is yet to take an action despite their ETA of 2 business days.
