I faced a lot of problems since I joined this bank, and the last problem was that my account was banned because I sent my friend some money and I called more than once and went to them to solve the problem and I brought the bank card, a residence permit, and they told me come another day and I left my work to solve the problem I came back several times I do not recommend it, I will cancel My subscription to this bank is very bad

The staff is very incompetent, even if it’s for depositing money. I had a problem with the deposit machine and I had to solve it by myself which was quite straightforward-when they said me it’s impossible :)

Genuinely puzzled what this branch is useful for. There is no counter staff so you can't actually do anything you wouldn't do using the ATM or online banking anyway. Waste of a branch - bring back the counter staff or might as well close it tbh.

Centrally located in Richmond but, a big but, they got rid of the staff? It is over automated. Machines for everything now. On my visit, only one staff (friendly) but could not help with my request to pay in a cheque that was written using a blue open, this makes the scanning almost impossible. I had no choice other than use the machine and will wait for my 2nd letter returning the cheque.

The bank no longer has a counter to withdraw money. It's a 'digital' branch which consists of a cash point and someone to help you use it. If you need larger withdrawls you need to go to Kingston.
