Every time you are in this branch they never have more than one teller behind the counter. Doesn't matter how many people are in the queue, only one person ever! Even though you can see other members of staff in the back no one ever comes to help. As a member it's a bit inconsiderate on their part for mine and everyone else's time.

The staff at this Lloyds branch is exceptionally friendly (particularly Tina who helped me out). I can say that of all the times I have ever had to deal with a bank, my most recent one here was the most pleasant.

I went yesterday to change my address on my Loyds account and they told me we can't do it if you don't have your ID and I show them my card, my passport picture on my phone and they kept saying the same, I went today with my ID for the same reason, the same person asked me to insert my card and I put my pin and at the end he done it without asking for the ID, I'm not sure how you work as every branch do it as they like.

I went to deposit some money, 2 guys were working at the branch, first one standing at the entrance who was extremely rude, stopped me when I was entering the brach telling me that I have to talk to him and tell him what I need before I get inside, I had to explain that I need to deposit some cash.
At the cashier was another guy who was even more rude with attitude issues, he wasn't happy that I counted the money before I hand them to him.
I will avoid visiting this branch

I’m visiting from the US and had some old bank notes and coins to trade in for new ones. Merchants told me any bank would exchange them. First bank I came to was Loyds on Brompton Road. I waited 15 minutes in line although only one person was ahead of me. When it was my turn, the teller was very rude and said he wouldn’t help me because I didn’t have an account there, and he didn’t know where I could go to get help — maybe a post office somewhere.

I walked into the HSBC next door, where I waited in line for only a couple of minutes although more people were ahead of me. The friendly teller gladly exchanged my notes and coins with a smile. If I lived here I know where I’d have my accounts, and it certainly isn’t Loyds.

First off, I had a currency issue and I am from Canada. I was helped even after the doors were locked. Staff was attentive and understanding to my plight. Top shelf applause and gratefulness to you !
Good day EH!

There was a staff member called Mike, he is so good in his job and very helpful. It was my first time to get decent service from Lloyds.

Visited about a month ago, one of male staff was extremely rude. I asked for his help but he just completely ignored me and went to help white customers and completely ghosted me afterwards. Would rather go to south kensington branch which I regularly goes.
