Friendly, but old fashioned service.

Downloaded business banking app, works great apart from depositing cheques . When taking photos of cheques it comes back with 'cannot access your location'. This has happened ever since I downloaded the app several weeks ago despite trying from different locations and always having app permissions on. Getting very frustrated as cheques are nearing three months old. So decided to phone up. Got an agent within 30 seconds who then transferred me to the business section, 45 minutes of holding music later I put the phone down.. I give up!!
