I've used this branch for 35 years and seen it evolve, expand and become more modern. The staff have always been really helpful , even during busy times with a huge queue forming .Today I managed to post the wrong cheques into the self service machine..at the same time the bottom of my paper bag fell out along with its contents! .Then wonderful cashier Jade came to the rescue..not only did she calmly and patiently correct my errors and assist me with further banking but proceeded to tape up my bag so it would last my journey! .So a big THANK YOU to Jade for going above and beyond her duty..I only wish there was an email address I could send a similar message to!

Absolute nightmare don't visit unless it's a last resort. Since installing an assortment of machines and doing away with counter staff behind a window which worked perfectly well service has plummeted. You now have to queue forever in the banking hall when you need to see someone at a till. The staff are friendly and polite but there are never enough of them servong at the tills. I also think it highly inapropriate for member of staff to be wandering up and down the queue asking you why you are there so everyone in the queue can here, what happened to privacy!
In a nutshell put more staff on tills when necessary, we don't all have time to waste!!

There is always a big queque and you need to wait for ages to be served.
There are 3 checkouts but they never open all of them even if there is very busy -some staff just passing by and don't open the checkout to clear the queque.
If you come to the supermarket they open extra tills when is busy, but they expect you to queque in the bank.
Why???
Staff is friendly but because of the waiting time this branch is not the one you would like to visit.
Another issue which very annoying is that you can't use cash points outside the bank to put deposit-its very inconvenient if you work whole day. I have already reported that but nothing was done.

Worse service ever! I’ve banked with NatWest for 15 years and I tried to open an account for my 13 year old son back in February. I’ve had to go back so many times because they haven’t uploaded some of the documents or didn’t ask for my signature it’s constantly something they have missed or didn’t do or I go in and I’m fobbed off. Only day I can go in with my son is Saturday so it’s constantly an inconvenience rushing there before I start work on Saturdays. Staff make you feel like they don’t want to help. Honestly worst branch I’ve ever had to deal with and to be told I have to go back there is ridiculous. I will be banking elsewhere

This is a very busy branch with a very small banking hall. I find all the staff are always friendly and polite even though some of the customers can be VERY rude. A special mention to the manager John, I observed him deal with a very difficult customer, I felt he defused the irate customer and she walked out smiling. It is very rare nowadays to see a manager working on the shop floor. Just one thing I would like to mention is if you could have one more cashier that would provide a quicker service. Wishing this branch always stays open. Keep up the good work !

Very slow service as only one person behind the till at peak times. Relatively low interest rates for savings yet high rates for borrowing. I wish they were more competitive to save the hassle of using services from other banks.

Having said this the staff were friendly. They just need more of them

Very unhelpful staff, rude towards customers and always trying to send people out without any help given!? Maybe the bank managers should start checking out more often to see the amount of people having arguments with the staff working inside because of providing no service what so ever.

Every day a queue as there is only one person on the cashier till, we have one person just hanging around but yes a long line of people. Come on NatWest Enfield your service is terrible. Fantastic wasting my lunch break queuing I could certainly think of better things to do and not everything has to be digital these days.
