Nice refurbishment but they have no staff left...I had to wait 10 minutes as 1 staff member on tills and the other lady coudn't be bothered to stop what she was doing and actually serve customers! No apology for keeping people waiting! Can't imagine any other businesses surviving with such a lack of care for their customers.

Terrible customer service. Waited in the Quentin the till then was asked to wait longer for a senior member of staff. After 25 minutes of waiting I decided to leave especially that an elderly lady walked in and I offered her my chair to sit on. There wasn’t another one and I have a bad back so I couldn’t wait longer standing. No apologies given, no support, nothing.

Fairly poor service today. 4 people standing about doing nothing except chatting but they insisted that I had the queue to pay cheques in to the machine rather than serve me themselves.

Friendly and helpful staff and free and easy parking outside. What more could you ask for?

Good bank

Nat West Bank is like any other bank in England, yeah sure there are cut backs with this bank, but all other bank's have done the same thing.
The few staff that work on the till and give advice are trying their best in these cut backs.
So please bear with them, it's not their fault.

Every time I use this branch I'm greeted by smiles, the staff here are a credit to they're sector, I couldn't ask for a better service.
To summarise - very helpful and very friendly, great people.
