This branch always tries its best. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. They have never opened on a Saturday, I think only the city centres are, post offices can help with paying in and taking out cash, they told me all about that when I was at the counter.
They have excellent social distancing in place and very quick service indeed. Great little Branch and they look after you.

I work Monday to Friday so I can't use the high streets banks during the week as they close at 14:00 hours. Not having local branches open on Saturday is a major inconvenience. I will eventually stop banking with HSBC who I have banked with for over 25 years. Not a happy customer.

The bank isn’t open long enough for me to go I am in school and it finishes at 3:20 and starts 9:00

I am autistic and so sometimes have difficulty with communication. I have found the staff at Ripley very accommodating and understanding of me and my condition, and they went out of their way to help me with my quirks and difficulties.
