No one have a clue!!!

Only giving them 3 stars because they're open till 15:00 on a Saturday where everyone else closes on a Friday-Monday. You generally get what needs sorting here but is a slow process with queues out the door sometimes. Full of foreigners as well on a Saturday when I'v been in. Cashing in their tax free earnings for the week with no questions asked I seem to remember. Lloyds over the years has gotten bad in what a bank use to be and should still be. Good all round customer service with the staff to match.

Shocking customer service ? massive long queues every time I go in.
Both paying in machines broken yesterday. Have to come to Ipswich branch as Felixstowe been shut, Woodbridge and Bramford Road shut lots of the time. Terrible bank time to change

Try to wait and be seen by the Polite, Helpful and Friendly Gentleman who always smiles if possible. As none of the many many unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional entitled "KAREN'S" that work at this branch will even acknowledge you as a customer of their employer... you work in a bank "KAREN" have some professionalism, empathy and try to understand your customers come for help however entitled you maybe..

Always have to wait more than 30 minute to just get change which is I order 1 day before!! Very slow need change bank soon..

It looks lovely from inside. Quiet few cash points and deposit machines, so do not need to wait for that. However, I wanted to check something about my club card and after a bit of waiting all I have been advised is to call online number. One member of staff couldn't turn on till point, another wasn't sure about the answer, manager haven't showed up to help either.

Soviet-style banking. Long miserable queues - 20 people plus - at most times, even at 10:30 on a Friday, just to get to the counter. Never more than 2 or 3 positions open. If you have any other business they will tell you to get an appointment, send you away, and force you to come back another time. Nice staff but horrible customer service. This seems to be deliberate policy.

Nothing like waiting half an hour almost every time you need to do business banking. Staff are lovely but it takes forever to actually get seen, for a busy bank 2/3 kiosks isn't enough.

Needs a dedicated business banking lane/kiosk as some shops are having to close for the incredibly long wait times and are losing custom due to this.
