dont bother going there. queue for cashiers out of the door. totally wrong ! . shut toi many branches.
I use internet but there are times you need to visit the branch. Everybody walking out the door !!

Dreadful bank no interest in customer service just profit suggest you do what I have done move your account to a bank that does require you to either bank on line or pay for high st parking every time you need to use them .

Car park right next to the bank. Three cashier points. Not normal a wait. Friendly staff always happy to help

These banks are becoming less and less staffed and with fewer and fewer branches being open and it shows I'm the customer service. If your a business banker forget it.

Friendly and professional service. Online banking has its limitations and there are times when it is necessary to do a transaction in a bank. This branch has plenty of parking just outside and is easy to access as it is just off the A12. The staff are really helpful, I was served by Matthew who was very conscientious. It's just a shame there is no service on a Saturday to make it more accessible for workers and it would be better if more tills were open

Drove all the way through town (because High Street branch is closed), to find out that it is closed too till Monday.
